OneMinFit Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026. OneMinFit is provided by HAPPYDIC LLC. This page is our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. It's also Section 5 of our full Privacy Policy, which covers everything else we collect.

This section is our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada, Connecticut and other states. It covers two kinds of information, and we handle them differently: health details you choose to give us, and activity the app records as you use it.

What we collect.

• Health details you choose to give us. The body areas you flag for injury or pain (neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, lower back, hip, knees or ankles), whether Pregnancy mode is on and, if you provide it, your week of pregnancy.
• Activity the app records as you use it. Your workout activity (exercises, duration and reps), which some laws may treat as health data, and whether you acknowledged our safety advisory or went back.

Where it comes from. From you. You enter health details during setup or in Settings, and the app records your activity as you work out and go through setup.

Why we use it.

• Health details are used only to leave out exercises that load the areas you flagged or aren't suitable during pregnancy, and to store and sync your settings.
• Activity is used to calculate your stats, streaks and levels, to store and sync your workout activity, and to understand how people use OneMinFit (for example, how many people finish setup).

OneMinFit doesn't diagnose, assess or treat any injury or medical condition.

Who receives it.

• Google Firebase stores your health details and workout activity as part of your account data if you have an account. Your safety advisory answer is saved on your device, not in your account.
• Our analytics providers, Google Analytics for Firebase and Mixpanel, receive activity events on our behalf: for example, that you completed a session, or whether you acknowledged the safety advisory or went back. They never receive your injury areas, Pregnancy mode or pregnancy week.
• If you join a leaderboard, its members see your workout counts and streak, but never your injury areas or Pregnancy mode.

We don't sell consumer health data. We don't share it with third parties for their own purposes, including advertising, and we don't geofence health care locations.

Your choices and rights. You can change or clear your injury areas and turn Pregnancy mode off at any time in Settings → Safety. Depending on where you live, you also have the right to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, access it, get a list of the third parties we've shared it with, withdraw consent, and have it deleted. Email help@oneminfit.com with the subject "Health data request." If we deny your request, you can appeal as described in Section 10.
