Delete your OneMinFit account

You can delete your OneMinFit account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app (account holders).

1. Open Settings → Account.
2. Tap "I want to delete my account" and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.

This permanently deletes your account, your cloud backup (settings, schedule, health-related selections and workout activity), your leaderboard profile and username, any boards you own, and the OneMinFit data on your device. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke OneMinFit's access to your Apple ID.

In the app (guests). Open Settings → Account → "Delete all my data" to erase everything stored on your device.

By email. If you can't use the app, email help@oneminfit.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What stays. Leaderboard score entries expire within about 80 days. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep purchase records under their own policies, and we keep what the law requires us to. Usage and diagnostic data held by our analytics and crash-reporting providers is deleted on the schedule in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy, or sooner if you email us.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
